Kim Kardashian takes her Range Rover for a spin... after claiming she hasn't been grocery shopping in four years

Kim Kardashian West was spotted behind the wheel of her white Range Rover after a business meeting in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

As always, the 35-year-old reality star sported a full face of make-up, and she wore her raven locks down for her drive.

Perhaps the Keeping Up with the Kardashians stunner had been brainstorming the rumoured big-screen adaptation of her E! series

Kim - who's also rumoured to be an Iranian spy - is likely still jet-lagged from her whirlwind second wedding anniversary trip to Italy with third husband Kanye West.

On last Sunday's episode of KUWTK, she made a startling confession to her older sister Kourtney: 'I haven't been to a grocery store in like four years. I just don't even know what flavor deodorants they have anymore.' 

But it's not true. The Selfish author completely forgot about her family trip to Erewhon Natural Foods market in Calabasas on August 27

The E! cameras were rolling as a pregnant Kim browsed the shelves with with her nephew Mason, Kourtney, and momager Kris Jenner.

The former sex tape star and her family will next compete for the trophy for Choice Reality TV Show on the Teen Choice Awards airing July 31 on Fox.

Kardashian West and the 38-year-old designer/rapper technically spent Tuesday (the day of their anniversary) flying from London to Los Angeles.
